About our Founders
William Patrick Council, Sr.
"Patrick", as he is known to everyone, grew up as a military "brat" in a strong Catholic household. A product of Catholic elementary and high schools he has always had a charitable and giving attitude. "I have been very fortunate", says Patrick. "My parents taught me to believe my gifts and knowledge come from God and I should always look to share these gifts". Patrick is a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Sacramento and a member of the Knights of Columbus and Lector ministry.
Lauren Watley
Lauren has lived in Sacramento for over 30 years and is a member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. Since overcoming some difficult early adult years she had dedicated herself to serving God and fellow men and women. Her friends describe her as loving, kind, generous, sensitive and talented. A gifted artist in the field of arts and crafts she is often called upon to provide baskets, posters and much more for weddings, birthdays, funerals and other occasions. "I love helping the homeless, especially feeding them", said Lauren. "I love to cook and since most people like my cooking, this is the way I can give back".
What we Do
What we do is very simple. WE DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
Currently we are providing food to the homeless and hungry in the Sacramento, CA area. We use our own money or we take donations. We make lunches and distribute them with the help of volunteers.
